The information we receive depends on how you interact with the Academy. It may include:

- Messages, questions, workshop inquiries, and information you share when requesting a reading or other service.
- Information submitted through coordinator applications, host referrals, and partnership inquiries, such as relevant experience and organization contact details.
- Your communication preferences and correspondence with us.
- Course account, enrollment, lesson progress, completion, and certificate records generated when you use a student account.
Please share only information needed for your request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or unnecessary health or other sensitive information through general inquiry forms or email. If you refer an organization or another person, provide only information you are authorized to share.
Website technology and cookies
Our website hosting and embedded services may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and access times when your device connects to them. Cookies or similar technologies may support website functions, preferences, security, and embedded content.
You can use your browser settings to manage or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some functions. External forms, audio services, and linked websites may use their own technologies under their own privacy policies.
The Academy has not added Facebook advertising tracking or Google Analytics to this website. Hosting, embedded, booking, and payment providers may use their own technical or security tools under their privacy policies.

We use information relevant to your interaction with us to:

- Arrange requested readings, workshops, and other Academy services.
- Provide course access, record learning progress, issue completion certificates, and administer purchases, support, and eligible refunds.
- Review coordinator applications and coordinate host or partnership inquiries.
- Maintain correspondence and records needed to manage these activities.
- Send Academy updates if you choose to subscribe, subject to your communication preferences.
- Address misuse, disputes, and applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and external platforms
The Academy uses GoHighLevel for this website, integrated forms, contact management, and its student course portal. Contact information, course enrollment, lesson progress, and other information associated with these services may be stored and processed in the Academy’s GoHighLevel account and by the providers that support the platform.
Some coordinator application and host lead links open Google Forms. The information you submit there is handled through Google’s services and made available to the Academy to review your submission. Podcast audio is delivered through Podbean. Loading or playing audio can connect your device to that provider. Email and other communications also pass through the relevant communications providers.
Scheduling links for private sessions open Setmore. Contact and appointment details you provide there are handled through Setmore and made available to the Academy to manage your booking. Private sessions are offered through Zoom audio; joining a session involves Zoom’s processing of connection details and information you choose to share during the session. Review the Setmore privacy policy and Zoom privacy statement before providing personal information.
These providers help deliver the services you use; their own policies explain their separate processing practices. You can review the HighLevel privacy policy, Google privacy policy, and Podbean privacy policy.
Enrollment and payments
The Academy’s GoHighLevel course checkout uses Stripe for payment processing. Enter card details only in the designated payment fields, not through a general contact form or email. The Academy receives order and transaction information needed to administer your purchase, course access, support, and any eligible refund. Stripe’s Privacy Policy explains its processing of payment information. A separate service or offer may identify a different payment provider before payment.
Communications and your choices
You may contact us without subscribing to promotional messages. If you subscribe to Academy email updates, you can use the unsubscribe option provided with those messages or contact us to change your preferences. We may still respond to a request you make or send communications needed for a service you have requested.
SMS marketing is not authorized merely by providing a phone number or contacting the Academy. Any future SMS subscription would require its own consent information and opt-out instructions.
Other disclosures
We do not sell our student or email subscriber lists or share them with other businesses for their own marketing.
Information may need to be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, to address fraud or misuse, to resolve a dispute, or to protect the rights and safety of people involved. Information you ask us to share with a host or another recipient may also be disclosed as needed to carry out your request.
Retention and security
The time information is retained depends on the purpose for which it was provided, the services requested, and any recordkeeping or legal requirements. You can contact us about information associated with your inquiry or service and request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit the sensitive details you include in general messages.
Privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses.
