About the Academy and these terms
Alpha Mediumship Academy, led by Joy Elle (the “Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers intuitive development education, workshops, and related services. These terms address use of alphamediumshipacademy.com, its content, and interactions with the Academy.
Review these terms before using the website or requesting a service. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Paid programs and services may also have a separate agreement and offer-specific terms, which must be presented before enrollment or purchase.
Educational and spiritual services
Academy materials, workshops, readings, and related offerings are educational and spiritual in nature. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health care, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.
We do not guarantee particular intuitive abilities, mediumship outcomes, emotional healing, business success, or income. Experiences and progress vary. You remain responsible for your interpretation of the material and the decisions you make.
Program enrollment and access
Level 1 Self-Study is a self-paced course with recorded lessons and downloadable practice materials. Live Zoom sessions are not included.
For a paid program, the enrollment agreement and offer describe the included modules, release schedule, live sessions, replays, community access, access period, and any completion requirements. A general website description does not enroll you or reserve a place.
The Alpha 1 Program has a separate Program Agreement. Review any agreement applicable to the edition you are purchasing. References to mentorship, live sessions, or installments apply only to an offer that includes them; they do not add those services or payment arrangements to Level 1 Self-Study. These website terms do not change the access or other benefits promised in an accepted enrollment agreement. Optional readings, coaching, or advanced training are separate purchases unless the offer expressly includes them.
Payments and installment plans
Level 1 Self-Study costs $497 USD as a one-time payment, not a subscription or installment plan.
The price, currency, included services, any deposit, and any installment schedule must be disclosed in the applicable offer and enrollment or checkout process before payment. Use only the designated payment process; do not send payment card details through a general inquiry form or email.
For a separate offer that includes an installment plan, the Alpha 1 Program Agreement states that its installment plan is payment toward a fixed program purchase, not a cancel-anytime subscription. It provides that the remaining agreed installments remain due if participation stops and that access may be paused for missed payments. Review the applicable agreement and payment schedule before committing.
These website terms do not authorize additional charges or automatic renewals that you have not separately agreed to.
Refunds, cancellations, and scheduling
Refund Policy — Level 1 Self-Study
Alpha Mediumship Academy offers a full refund for requests received within seven calendar days of purchasing the Level 1 Self-Study course.
Email [email protected] using your purchase email address. Include your order number if available.
Eligible refunds will be initiated within five business days to the original payment method.
Once refunded, course access ends and any completion certificate issued for that purchase becomes invalid. Please delete downloaded course materials.
After seven days, change-of-mind refunds are unavailable. Duplicate charges and unresolved access problems will be reviewed separately.
This policy applies only to Level 1 Self-Study and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
For Level 1 Self-Study only, this refund policy takes priority over any conflicting refund, deposit, or final-sale wording in the older Alpha 1 Program Agreement.
For mentorship or other programs governed by the Alpha 1 Program Agreement, and not Level 1 Self-Study, that agreement describes a non-refundable deposit and states that sales are final once program access is granted. Under that agreement, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, perceived results, and non-participation do not qualify for a refund, and remaining agreed installments remain due. These provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Workshop registration, private readings, coaching, and other services may have different scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, or refund terms. Those terms must be provided with the relevant offer before payment. The Alpha 1 course policy should not be assumed to apply to every service.
For a scheduling issue, cancellation request, or question about a purchase, email [email protected] with enough information to identify the booking. If the applicable policy is unclear, ask before purchasing.
Live sessions, privacy, and respectful conduct
The Alpha 1 Program Agreement establishes the following participant rules for its Zoom sessions and community:
- Cameras are prohibited unless the Academy expressly permits otherwise.
- Participants may not record, photograph, screen-record, or otherwise capture a live session.
- Do not disclose other participants’ identities, messages, experiences, or session content outside the program.
- Do not post session materials on social media or other online platforms.
- Communicate respectfully, avoid solicitation, and protect the confidentiality of other students.
These restrictions on participant recording do not grant the Academy unrestricted permission to record or publish a participant. Any Academy-provided replay must be handled consistently with the applicable session notice, privacy information, and permissions.
Disruptive conduct or a confidentiality violation may result in removal under the applicable Program Agreement. Any removal or refund decision remains subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Course materials and intellectual property
Academy teachings, exercises, frameworks, recordings, and resources are protected by intellectual property rights. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Enrollment grants single-user access for your own learning and development under the applicable agreement. Do not share account access, copy or distribute course materials, resell them, or use them to teach a separate program without written permission or another lawful basis. A download or purchase does not transfer ownership of the materials.
Certification and completion
Where certification is offered, eligibility depends on the stated program requirements. Live Zoom attendance is not required for Level 1 Self-Study. Any completion certificate issued for a refunded Self-Study purchase becomes invalid under the refund policy above.
For separate programs governed by the Alpha 1 Program Agreement, that agreement includes completion of core modules, participation in practice sessions live or by replay, foundational understanding, and ethical and confidentiality standards. Those live or replay participation provisions do not apply to the Self-Study edition.
Academy certification acknowledges completion of training. It does not guarantee professional ability, results, employment, income, or a government-issued professional license.
Website use and information you submit
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate others, harass people, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, or distribute another person’s private information without authority. Keep any account credentials private and contact us if you believe Academy account access has been compromised.
Provide accurate information relevant to your request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through general forms or email. A coordinator application, host inquiry, referral, or affiliate inquiry does not by itself establish an appointment, acceptance into a program, or entitlement to a commission. Those arrangements require their own applicable terms.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Website hosting, forms, audio, meeting platforms, payment services, and links to external sites may involve third-party providers with their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when using their services.
Availability, changes, and concerns
Technology or scheduling issues can affect access to the website or a live session. Contact us if an issue affects a service you purchased. Changes to website content or future offerings do not automatically cancel the Academy’s obligations under an existing accepted enrollment or booking agreement.
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The Academy does not guarantee specific spiritual or educational results.
We may revise these website terms and will show a revision date on this page. Material changes to an existing paid agreement must be addressed under that agreement and applicable law. For questions or concerns, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
